The world's largest mobile phone maker Nokia on 29th announced that it had to the U.S. International Trade Commission filed suit alleging that Apple's full range of patent infringement.

 

Nokia, Apple iPhone cell phone charges, iPod music players and computer products infringe its patents, these patents are including user interface, camera, antenna and power management technologies. Nokia said that these patents will help compress manufacturing costs, reduce product size and extended battery life time.

 

Nokia spokesman noted that the U.S. International Trade Commission will decide within 30 days whether to accept the case, but the ruling at least until early 2011. The industry believes that the proceedings in such cases often last for several years.

 

Nokia is increasingly felt the pressure of competition from Apple, Apple iPhone launch in mid-2007, cell phones, Nokia smart phone market share in the field continued to decline. In October of this year, Nokia has been in Delaware federal district court filed infringement lawsuit against Apple, but Apple has also filed a counterclaim for tit for tat.
